When beginning this process, Waste Harmonics tries be as least invasive as possible. What we need is the time necessary to discuss your goals and objectives, and historical information so we can prepare a solid plan to deliver savings to your business.


What happens to my existing agreements?

We will work with your existing service contracts while also ensuring that you have the flexibility you need in the future.


Can Waste Harmonics help me reduce the amount of manual processing that I currently have to deal with?

Absolutely, one of our primary goals is to ensure that when you begin working with Waste Harmonics, you see a reduction in the amount of paper you have to review. Waste Harmonics is building our business around electronic invoice presentment and payment (EIPP) which means you can get the information you need in the form you need it.


Can Waste Harmonics help me with my compaction equipment needs?

The experts at Waste Harmonics can review your current and future equipment needs and develop a program to ensure you have the right equipment for the job at hand. If improvements are identified Waste Harmonics can recommend the best solutions from the waste industry’s best suppliers. Waste Harmonics can also take the burden of on-going equipment service from you as well. We currently own and manage compaction equipment throughout the United States and Canada.


Once I hire Waste Harmonics how will I know what’s happening with the solid waste and recycling in my business?

Waste Harmonics will work with you to develop a regular reporting schedule that makes sense to your business. Just because you hire Waste Harmonics to manage your needs, that doesn’t mean you should not stay informed. We can build the reports you need to keep track of not only what happened this month, but comparisons to last month, last quarter, last year, or projections for next year.
