In her new role, Little will oversee the standardization and expansion of the pallet recycling program and explore and enhance efficiencies within Waste Harmonics. Little will leverage streamlined processes and industry-leading customer service to bring awareness and growth of the pallet recycling program to customers.

Little was previously employed at 48Forty Solutions (formerly Prime360 and Northwest Pallet Services) from 2015 to 2022 as the Director of Supply Chain Operations.

Little grew up in Lake in the Hills, IL and currently resides in Schaumburg, IL with her fiancé, Brian.
