Waste Harmonics, LLC, a leading provider of outsourced waste management services based in Victor, N.Y., has acquired the assets of SetWest Leasing and Rental Corp. (SetWest), a provider of waste management rental equipment in Buffalo, N.Y. SetWest serves a variety of private and public companies in the eastern United States.
