Waste Harmonics Names Patty Roy as Sales and Marketing Operations Manager

ROCHESTER, N.Y., May 15, 2019 Waste Harmonics, a unique Rochester-based waste management company providing service brokering in the waste industry, is proud to announce that Patty Roy has joined its leadership team as sales and marketing operations manager.

Throughout a 30-year career, Roy has held sales, marketing and management roles in a variety of industries, and brings a wealth of experience to the Waste Harmonics leadership team.

As sales and marketing operations manager, Roy is responsible for overall sales, operations and marketing efforts, including supporting the new business sales organization, providing ongoing reporting to current customers, and finding efficiencies and cost savings across the board, along with all contract renewals.

Roy holds a Master of Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, along with a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Clarkson University. Prior to joining the Waste Harmonics team, she held various strategic leadership positions at XEROX throughout a 30-year tenure with the company. Roy resides in Victor, NY.
