Bid Support Specialist

As our sales team creates opportunities, our bid support staff needs to ensure we can respond. You will need to use your computer, phone, and organizational skills to helps us meet tight deadlines. Analytical and computer related skills are a must for this position. Accounts Payable Specialist

This front line position requires you to be well organized while assisting vendors via phone and email, entering vendor invoices; document scanning; and responding to requests and questions from both customers and vendors. Primary responsibilities include processing vendor bills for payment, responding to vendor requests for information, and maintaining accurate and timely records for each vendor location. Apply Now

Customer Service Representative

We are looking for high energy Customer Service Representatives. Primary responsibilities include scheduling permanent and temporary service for commercial customers, researching and resolving service problems, and coordinating schedules with vendors. There is constant telephone and email contact with customers and vendors in a fast-paced environment, and persistent follow-up is required. Other duties may include assisting with customer bids for new projects, resolution of billing discrepancies with vendors, and other tasks as assigned.
